Growth has been the goal for nGage Talent’s Group CEO Tim Cook, and he’s been making achievements. Under his leadership, outsourcing — which includes MSP, RPO and statement of work — has grown to comprise more than 25% of nGage’s business. Cook has a very clear plan to double the company’s size over the next four years through a combination of international growth, the continued acceleration of its outsourcing business, ongoing investment in the recruitment businesses and strategic M&A.
