Valérie Beaulieu joined The Adecco Group as chief sales and marketing officer and member of the executive committee in November 2020. Before joining The Adecco Group, Beaulieu was chief marketing officer for Microsoft US, leading the marketing function across the region’s B2B portfolio. Her career at Microsoft spanned 23 years; while there, she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Beaulieu has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors since January 2015; she has also been a director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee of ISS A/S since 2020 and director and board member at Orange since 2022.
