Sweeney helped WilsonHCG achieve 150% revenue growth in 2021, an increase of more than 375% in average deal size from 2020, and two times headcount growth. He was also influential in securing funding from private equity firm 3i Group to support this growth as well as the recent acquisition of Claro Analytics.
