Senior VP and President Dinette Koolhaas leads Kelly’s international business unit overseeing 16 countries, including in Europe and Mexico. Koolhaas has a focus on growth strategies and has delivered more than $1 billion in revenue in 2021. Koolhaas has also overseen the implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion and sustainability programmes in all 16 countries. Koolhaas took on her role in 2020, having previously served as VP and operations leader for Kelly’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. She spent 12 years with USG People before joining Kelly in 2008. Koolhaas is based in Switzerland.
