Matthew Rodger has worked at AMS, a global provider of RPO, MSP and TA advisory solutions, in a leadership capacity since 2001. Currently chief growth and commercial officer as well as member of the board, he oversees growth strategy and commercialisation of AMS’ products and solutions. He is also accountable for corporate M&A activity; most recently, Rodger led AMS in its July acquisition of Flexibility, its Indian partner, adding 1,000 new colleagues across seven Indian cities. Prior roles at AMS include commercial and corporate director; managing director, contingent workforce solutions; chief operating officer APAC and client services director.
