Steve Rousseau is CEO and founder of House of Talents, an international human resources services group that comprises companies in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. In 2021, Rousseau continued his ambition to grow the group’s footprint internationally with the purchase of recruitment parent company The Human Network in the Netherlands and consulting firm Quintessence in Belgium. While growing House of Talents, Rousseau aims to keep its 2,500 employees feeling proud and valued. He is also the co-owner of Get Driven, a chauffeur service.
