As regional president, ManpowerGroup France, Alain Roumilhac oversees all business lines in the country, including Manpower, Experis, FuturSkill, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions. France represents the company’s largest single geography in terms of revenue. He first joined the company in May 2011 as managing director of Experis and ManpowerGroup Solutions for Southern Europe and assumed his current role the following year. Roumilhac often serves as a spokesperson in the media and at events such as the World Economic Forum annual meeting Viva Tech, a large technology conference. He is also engaged with Tech for Good, an initiative to build a diverse pipeline of tech talent.

Ingrid Hofmann is CEO of Hofmann Corp., parent company of global staffing and recruiting agency I.K. Hofmann (also known as Hofmann Personal), which she founded in 1985 in Nuremberg, Germany. She expanded rapidly into Eastern Germany upon the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. That same year, the birth of her daughter led to her commitment to make the worlds of work and family compatible. I.K. Hofmann is the fifth-largest staffing firm in Germany and the 22nd largest in Europe. In 2007, Hofmann was awarded the Federal Order of Merit by then-Federal President Horst Köhler.

NHS Professionals CEO Nicola McQueen has spent the past 20 years creating effective staffing strategies across the private and public sectors. Last year, she led NHS Professionals’ pandemic resourcing response. The organisation built three national recruitment programmes to support the NHS while also launching a Rapid Response campaign, all of which delivered 20,000 workers to the frontline, supplied 10,000 Clinical Contact Caseworkers for the NHS Test and Trace programme and most recently provided over 17,000 vaccinators to NHS Trusts in England.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of employment, HR management and vocational training, Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier is general manager of Prism’emploi, the French association of employment agencies. She began her career with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in 1991 and attained her current role in 2018. Under her leadership, Prism’emploi prioritised health security during the Covid-19 crisis by distributing recommendations to support companies using temporary workers and the temporary workers themselves. Eynaud-Chevalier also serves on the board of the World Employment Confederation.

Bettina Schaller heads the group public affairs activities of The Adecco Group.
