David Leigh is CEO of AMS, a London-based provider of RPO, MSP and other talent services. Leigh joined the firm in 2019 from Study Group, where he served as CEO and then executive chair. Leigh’s other experience includes serving as CEO of SHL, a provider of talent assessment solutions. He is only the second CEO in the history of AMS, succeeding company founder Rosaleen Blair. In the past year, AMS launched its TalentLabs solution aimed at upskilling clients’ technology capabilities. The company also continued its global expansion, opening new offices in Wuhan, China; Barcelona, Spain; and Budapest, Hungary.

He has successfully guided Lorien through a period of rapid growth during which revenues increased from £147 million to £296 million and both contract and permanent placement numbers have doubled. With Lorien, Kelly has sold and delivered large-scale managed service and recruitment process outsource solutions for the likes of Fujitsu, Monitise, Phoenix and KPMG. Lorien currently has more than 200 staff members.

Sanders began his career working for a number of recruitment companies, including Manpower UK and Corporate Services Group plc (now Impellam).

Prior to his current role as CEO, Saoulli was group board director of the company where he coordinated strategy, sales and marketing. In 2018, the company launched a new specialist Talent Consultancy division. Rullion ranked fourth on SIA’s list of the largest engineering staffing firms in the UK.
