In 2019, Ancor experienced 27% year-over-year organic growth under Salikov’s leadership, retaining the top position in Russia and all CIS countries. Additionally, Ancor purchased businesses in Thailand, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, with no plans to slow down any time soon. Natalia Shuman is SVP and GM, EMEA and APAC regions for Kelly Services. Shuman joined Kelly in 1997 and launched the company’s recruitment business in the Moscow market. She has taken responsibility for managing Kelly’s largest and most complex customer programs across the US, Europe and Asia and led strategic cross-divisional projects with focus on results and value creation for the customer. In 2011, Shuman moved to Singapore to focus on Kelly’s customers and partners in the APAC region. She sits on the boards of Kelly’s recently expanded North Asia joint venture, TS Kelly Asia Pacific as well as Ciett.

He became CEO in 2008 after developing the firm into one of the largest recruitment and staffing services companies in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States countries. Salikov for six years has ranked among the Top 1,000 Russian Managers by the Association of Managers and Kommersant Publishing House; he was featured in the top 250 senior managers in the Professional Services segment.

Natalia Shuman is senior VP and general manager, EMEA and APAC regions, Kelly Services Inc. Shuman also serves as COO of Kelly’s joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions, in North Asia. She joined Kelly in 1997 and was responsible for successfully launching Kelly’s recruitment business in the Moscow market and later moved to New York to launch Kelly’s Wall Street office. Since 2008, Shuman has been managing global account teams and developing global programmes for Kelly. Over the last two years, she has also served as vice president of Global Solutions.

In 2004, Salikov headed up the strategic business department in Moscow. During his time in this department, the company expanded into Ukraine and Kazakhstan, increased its client base and diversified and extended its product line. Under his leadership over the last 10 years, the company has increased its turnover to RUB 13.5 billion in 2017 from RUB 3 billion 2008.

Natalia Shuman is SVP and GM Kelly Services Inc.’s EMEA and APAC regions. Shuman also serves as a board member of Kelly’s joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions, in North Asia. She joined Kelly in 1997 and launched Kelly’s recruitment business in the Moscow market. She relocated to New York in 2000, but moved to Singapore in 2011. She was then appointed COO to start up Kelly’s joint venture operations in China and North Asia and was based in Shanghai for over a year. Shuman was elected a board member of Ciett (the International Confederation of Private Employment Agencies) in May and is based in both Singapore and Switzerland.
