As president of the administrative board at persona service, Melanie Vinci is responsible for the operational business of the 217 persona service branches in Germany and the development of recruitment services, especially in the commercial specialist and management area. After joining as a personnel dispatcher in 2013, Vinci worked her way up through the company and attained her current position in January. In 2021, persona service strengthened its market position in Germany by ranking third on the Lünendonk list.
