Harry Youtan joined Phaidon International, a UK-based staffing firm, in 2012 as managing director of the Americas. He became CEO in 2016. Over the past year, Youtan and colleagues have focused on continued international expansion, which enables the company to meet ever-increasing client demand for talent at every step. Founded in London in 2004, the company has 12 offices across the UK, US and Asia.
