With 23 years’ technology recruitment experience, David Gettins has led Impellam Group’s Lorien division as managing director for five years. Lorien provides technology, digital and transformation solutions in the UK, Europe and North America. Gettins spearheaded Lorien’s entry into the DACH market and helped facilitate mergers that have helped make Lorien an internationally recognised brand. Under his leadership, Lorien saw post-Covid gross profit grow by 43.5% in 2021. Over the last 12 months, Lorien’s headcount has also increased by 45% through internal investment — a testament to Gettins’ belief that “people make the difference.”
