Intellectual change leader Viktor Calabrò founded Coople Holding AG in 2009, recognising a need for more efficient processes for finding flexible workers. Based in Switzerland, Coople now employs a team of 160 in offices across Europe and has a client base of 20,000 employers and 600,000-plus flexible workers, or “Cooplers,” as they are called. Calabrò and team recently demonstrated the reliability of Coople’s platform when they quickly staffed vaccination centres in Switzerland. In addition, Calabrò wants to digitalise flexible workforce management for Coople clients, fine-tuning the job-matching algorithm so that both employers and job seekers have a rewarding experience.
