With a leadership background in global business services as well as in technology and engineering consulting, Denis Machuel was appointed CEO of The Adecco Group in 2022. He previously served as group CEO of Sodexo, a food services and facilities management company; under his leadership, Sodexo turned around underperforming segments, drove a digital and data transformation of legacy core businesses and strengthened execution. Prior to his 14-year career with Sodexo, Machuel was CEO of Altran Technologies and later assumed executive leadership of group offshore operations. Machuel joined the board of Kyndryl, a New York-based IT services and consulting firm, in 2021.
