As CEO of Hays plc’s German and continental European and Middle East markets, Dirk Hahn leads 14 of the 33 countries in which the company operates. Hays plc is the sixthlargest staffing firm in the world, according to SIA. Germany contributed £245 million of Hays’ reported net fees of £1.19 billion in fiscal 2022. Hahn joined Germany’s board as COO in 2008 and the group’s executive board in 2018. He began his career in 1997 at Ascena, which was acquired by Hays in 2003. Hahn holds an MBA from the University of Tübingen in Tübingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
