Sander van ‘t Noordende in March became CEO and chair of the executive board of Randstad nv; he previously was a supervisory board member. Van ‘t Noordende spent most of his career in senior management and executive roles at Accenture. Most recently, he was group chief executive of the Products Operating Group, which grew to $12 billion from $6 billion under his leadership. Van ‘t Noordende is passionate about encouraging companies to improve their DE&I credentials and often speaks on the topic, including at a recent WEF panel about how organisations need to adapt to allow all employees to be their true selves at work.
