As SVP, EMEA markets and operations, Manuel Roger is responsible for all sales and operations in the EMEA region at Beeline. He joined Adecco Group in 1998 as an international IT project manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing, and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Roger became an IT international procurement manager and consultant for Adecco Group. Later he created and directed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011, then became SVP international product management at Beeline to develop Beeline’s product and service offerings outside the US.

Eckard Gatzke has been CEO of Randstad Germany since 2003. He is responsible for the sales organisation, marketing and communications, and human resources. He is also country general manager for sister companies Tempo-Team, Randstad Professionals, and GULP. Under Gatzke’s leadership, according to research from Staffing Industry Analysts, Randstad Germany has become the largest staffing firm in the country in terms of revenue. Prior to joining Randstad Gatzke distinguished himself as an expert in the restructuring and reorganisation of leading companies in the logistics industry in Germany and Europe. His previous employers include Kuehne & Nagel, TNT, BahnTrans, and Rhenus.

Mark Verstraete is the managing director of T-Groep, the sixth-largest staffing firm in Belgium and the 31st-largest in Europe, with operations in the Netherlands and Poland. In 2008, Verstraete led the acquisition of the Dutch privately held human resource company Luba by T-Groep, starting its international expansion and strengthening its position in the Benelux market for personnel services. Verstraete currently sits at the management board of Federgon, the Belgian staffing association.

Paul Venables has been group finance director of Hays since 2006. He has previously worked at Deloitte and Touche in the US and Exelplc for 13 years prior to its purchase by Deutsche Post and DHL Logistics in 2006. He is also a senior independent director of Wincanton plc.

Robert Jan van de Kraats

Robert Jan van de Kraats has been CFO of Randstad since 2001 and was appointed vice chairman of the executive board in 2006. He is responsible for control, strategy and M&A, finance and accounting, legal, tax, treasury, business risk and audit, IT, and investor relations for the Group for operations in Japan, India, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Austria. A qualified chartered accountant, van de Kraats started his career with one of the big four accountancy firms before joining Randstad in 1989. In May 2015, he became a board member of the supervisory board of Schiphol Group.

Carl Camden is president and CEO of Kelly Services, one of the largest staffing firms in the world and in Europe, although the company has reduced its European network in recent years. Having earned a doctorate by the age of 25, Camden has been a marketing executive for a bank holding company, co-president of an advertising agency and co-founder of a behavioural research group. He is also a tenured university professor. A recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, Camden is a member of The Committee for Economic Development (CED), the Business Roundtable, and also serves as a director of Temp Holdings, Co. Ltd.

Rob Zandbergen was appointed CEO of USG People in 2010, having served as the company’s CFO since 2005. Zandbergen was CFO of Belgian staffing group Solvus between 2003 and 2005, when the company was acquired by USG People. In addition to his work at USG People, Zandbergen is a member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Flower Group and was appointed to the supervisory board of Dutch energy company Eneco Holding in March 2015.

François Roux has been general manager of the French staffing association (Prism’emploi) since 2001. In this role, he represents the interests of the staffing industry, lobbying government and negotiating with social partners and French institutions. In 2013, Roux led the talks with trade unions that resulted in the creation of a form of indefinite duration contract for temporary agency workers.

Alan Savage founded the Orion Group in 1987. As a mechanical technician, he worked his way through the engineering ranks. Following a stint as a sales and marketing consultant, he formed the Orion Group to provide personnel to the booming engineering sector. Based in Inverness, Orion Group employs 425 staff across its 44 worldwide offices and manages more than 4,000 contractors annually throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Savage is a former chairman of Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club and a Manchester United supporter.

Jerome Caille

Jerome Caille is CEO at Accent Jobs and its parent company, the House of HR. Accent Jobs was founded in 1995 and provides temp-to-perm services with one of the largest specialized branch networks in Belgium. The House of HR operates six specialized HR companies: Accent Jobs (temp-to-perm), Just Work (payrolling), Home Maid, Logi-Technic (outsourcing), Bekaert Technics (secondment) and Peak6 (HR consultancy). Under Caille’s leadership, the company gained market share in Belgium and the Netherlands. Prior to joining the House of HR in 2013, Caille was a founder of Doctor Clic and a board member and investor in a number of other businesses. He also served as Global CEO of Adecco from 2002 to 2006.
