Tomasz Hanczarek is co-founder, longtime member of the supervisory board, and since 2010, president of the management board of Work Service S.A. An important contributor to the Polish labour market, Hanczarekand is responsible for developing HR outsourcing in the region. A management board member of the National Labour Centre since 2014, he also serves as the chairman of the supervisory board of Work Express and the vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Finance Care. Hanczarek is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics and author of academic papers in the field of macro- and microeconomics.

Alistair Cox is chief executive of Hays, which had revenue of £3,507 million in its last financial year. He has been CEO since 2007. Prior to Hays, he was chief executive at Xansa plc from 2002. Cox is also a non-executive director of 3i Group plc. He is a chartered engineer and has an MBA from the Stanford Business School in California.

Jerome Caille is CEO at Accent Jobs and its parent company, the House of HR. Accent Jobs was founded in 1995 and provides temp-to-perm services with one of the largest specialized branch networks in Belgium. The House of HR operates six specialized HR companies: Accent Jobs (temp-to-perm), Just Work (payrolling), Home Maid, Logi-Technic (outsourcing), Bekaert Technics (secondment) and Peak6 (HR consultancy). Under Caille’s leadership, the company gained market share in Belgium and the Netherlands. Prior to joining the House of HR in 2013, Caille was a founder of Doctor Clic and a board member and investor in a number of other businesses. He also served as Global CEO of Adecco from 2002 to 2006.

Andrew Hogarth is CEO of Staffline, with revenue of £503 million in its latest financial year, providing staffing services to industry, supplying up to 35,000 workers every day to more than 1,300 clients. Staffline is also now a leading provider of services to the Government funded Welfare to Work and Skills arena across the UK.Hogarth has been with the company since 2002. Private equity firm Living Bridge funded the buy in/management buyout of the firm in 2000 and introduced Hogarth as finance director. Hogarth helped float the firm on AIM in 2004 and has been chief executive since 2003.He is a certified neuro-linguistic programming coach.

Martin Weiß is co-founder and managing director of ZAG Personal & Perspektiven, headquartered in Hanover, Germany. In 2007, Weiß founded the non-profit ZAG foundation Pro Chance, which supports the young and disadvantaged in various projects. Founded in 1984, ZAG Personal & Perspektiven operates more than 100 branches and employs more than 10,000 workers with approximately 17,000 client companies. With turnover of €240 million in 2014, ZAG Personal &Perspektiven is one of the 10 largest staffing companies in Germany. It is a member of the Federal Employers’ Association of Personnel Services (BAP).

Steven Quinn was appointed CEO, Americas, of SThree in December 2013, after serving as the COO officer since 2012. Prior to that, he was group managing director of SThree’s brands across the UK, Ireland, Benelux and the Middle East. Quinn came to the company from the Real Staffing Group (formerly Real IT) in 2010, where he was managing director. He is a lawyer by training. Sthree is ranked 18th in Staffing Industry Analysts’ UK Largest Staffing Report.

Rob Zandbergen was appointed CEO of USG People in 2010, having served as the company’s CFO since 2005. Zandbergen was CFO of Belgian staffing group Solvus between 2003 and 2005, when the company was acquired by USG People. In addition to his work at USG People, Zandbergen is a member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Flower Group and was appointed to the supervisory board of Dutch energy company Eneco Holding in March 2015.

Yvon Drouet is CFO of Synergie, the fifth-largest staffing firm in France and one of the largest staffing firms in Europe. Publicly listed on NYSE Euronext Paris, the company is expanding rapidly outside its home market. Drouet played an instrumental role during the acquisitions of British firms Acorn, Advance Personnel and Concept Staffing. The Acorn subsidiary is at the core of the group’s expansion strategy in the UK and Australia.

Herwig Muyldermans is the general director of the Belgian staffing association, Federgon. He plays a central role in negotiating with the Belgian government and social partners on behalf of the Belgian staffing industry. In 2014, his perseverance resulted in the removal of one of the last restrictions to temporary agency work in the country: the coalition government announced staffing providers would be able to provide services to the public sector. Before joining the association in 1990, he occupied senior positions at the Belgian association representing the clothing industry.
