Tom Verhaegen has led Belgian HR firm Agilitas Group as CEO since 2017. Agilitas in 2020 was acquired by France-based Proman Group, with Verhaegan remaining as CEO. Agilitas was renamed Proman North Eastern Europe after Proman Group’s acquisition of Dutch staffing firm Timing in June 2022. Prior to this, he held leadership roles with SABMiller and Grolsch. Verhaegen says that for its employees, a larger group means more development opportunities and growth opportunities. So, in the short term, Proman North Eastern Europe will work with Timing to facilitate labour migration amid an ongoing talent shortage.

Today, Samsic RH is one of the major players in the employment sector in France and operates all across Europe.

Ingrid Hofmann is CEO of Hofmann Corp., parent company of global staffing and recruiting agency I.K. Hofmann (also known as Hofmann Personal), which she founded in 1985 in Nuremberg, Germany. She expanded rapidly into Eastern Germany upon the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. That same year, the birth of her daughter led to her commitment to make the worlds of work and family compatible. I.K. Hofmann is the fifth-largest staffing firm in Germany and the 22nd largest in Europe. In 2007, Hofmann was awarded the Federal Order of Merit by then-Federal President Horst Köhler.

In the last year, Nétive VMS CEO Patrick Tiessen has launched Nétive Germany and Nétive Connect in the Netherlands. Nétive Connect was created by a demand from employment agencies. Seeing many inefficient steps in the hiring process because VMS and ATS systems cannot be linked, Nétive developed Nétive Connect as a solution. This accomplishment has allowed for more continuity, growth and job satisfaction for all parties involved. Going forward, Tiessen would like to continue to expand Nétive VMS internationally.
