James Saoulli is CEO of Rullion, a UK-based family-owned recruitment and workforce solutions consultancy. Over the last year, employee engagement has been the central focus for Saoulli and his team, resulting in a “World Class” employee NPS score of 71 and minimal impact from staff attrition in challenging conditions.
