George Corona was named president and CEO of Kelly Services in May 2017. Headquartered in Michigan, USA, Kelly Services is one of the largest global workforce solutions providers, with revenue of US$5.28 billion in 2016. Corona joined the company in 1994 and has held numerous leadership roles throughout the last two decades. He served as US middle-market leader (where he helped launch Kelly Educational Staffing) before being named executive VP of the Americas. He was promoted to executive VP and COO in 2009 and assumed responsibility for all of Kelly’s global operations. Corona also served on the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Advisory Council on Agriculture, Small Business and Labor.

John L. Marshall III has led Adecco’s North America, UK & Ireland, professional staffing region since April 2017. He was the regional head of UK & Ireland from October 2015 to March 2017.

Marshall was a practicing attorney with King & Spalding and AT&T before he joined MPS Group in 1998. He started as deputy general counsel with an emphasis on acquisitions and public company reporting. He was promoted to president of Special Counsel in 2001 and named president of Accounting Principals in 2006. Adecco named Marshall president of its US finance, office and legal business unit after it acquired MPS Group in 2010.

Chris Hartman is president of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). He has more than 20 years’ experience with the Allegis Group family, and is responsible for growing the AGS footprint throughout the globe. In his previous role as global development officer for Allegis Group, Hartman was responsible for executing and establishing dominant offerings outside of North America. Before moving over to his global roles, he was a founding member and president of Allegis Group Services. Under his direction, AGS grew into one of the largest MSP and RPO providers.

Chad Lane has spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles within Allegis Group’s operating companies, and is currently president of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), having first assumed the role from 2010-2013, and again in 2016. Before becoming president, Lane served as vice president of operations for AGS and global managing director of recruitment for AGS’ Asia Pacific based business process outsourcing organisation, Talent2. In his current role, Lane is the driving force behind several of AGS’ industry-leading service offerings: MSP, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and services procurement (SOW). As a recognised industry leader, Lane is active in leading industry associations and acts as Allegis Group’s executive liaison to affiliated organisations.

As president of Pontoon, Mike Wachholz led Pontoon to become one of the largest global MSP/RPO companies in four years. Pontoon has grown from approximately 650 global employees to more than 1,500, providing services in more than 95 countries. With more than 150 clients, Pontoon has realised a 91% increase in MSP spend and has doubled RPO placements with Wachholz at the helm. Prior to Pontoon, Wachholz was the COO of Beeline.

Carl Camden is president and CEO of Kelly Services, one of the largest staffing firms in the world and in Europe, although the company has reduced its European network in recent years. Having earned a doctorate by the age of 25, Camden has been a marketing executive for a bank holding company, co-president of an advertising agency and co-founder of a behavioural research group. He is also a tenured university professor. A recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, Camden is a member of The Committee for Economic Development (CED), the Business Roundtable, and also serves as a director of Temp Holdings, Co. Ltd.

Darryl Green was named ManpowerGroup’s first COO in May 2014 and is responsible for ManpowerGroup’s four regions — Americas, Asia Pacific Middle East, Northern and Southern Europe. He had been president and executive VP, Asia Pacific Middle East and Northern Europe. Green joined the company in 2007 as executive VP, leading the Asia Pacific Region. Green also led the development of ManpowerGroup’s Borderless Talent Solutions. Green previously served as CEO for several mobile/data communications companies, including Tata Teleservices, J-Phone (Vodafone Japan) and Global Crossing Japan. Fluent in English and Japanese, Green is a director of the Japan Staffing Service Association (JASSA).

Natalia Shuman is senior VP and general manager, EMEA and APAC regions, Kelly Services Inc. Shuman also serves as COO of Kelly’s joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions, in North Asia. She joined Kelly in 1997 and was responsible for successfully launching Kelly’s recruitment business in the Moscow market and later moved to New York to launch Kelly’s Wall Street office. Since 2008, Shuman has been managing global account teams and developing global programmes for Kelly. Over the last two years, she has also served as vice president of Global Solutions.
