Christophe Duchatellier oversees the Spring Professional and Badenoch & Clark brands for The Adecco Group, a role he assumed in January 2018 as global head. Duchatellier first joined The Adecco Group in 2010 as director general, professional staffing. In 2012, he was appointed regional head for The Adecco Group operations in Japan and Asia and became an executive committee member for The Adecco Group. In 2015, he served as regional head of Asia Pacific. Prior to Adecco, he held leadership roles at Michael Page. Before embarking on his career in recruitment, Duchatellier studied law at the Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université Panthéon-Assas.

Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Lefebvre served for nine years as managing director at Page Group for Russia, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe. He previously held key financial roles at Richmond, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo.

Paris-based Synergie ranks as the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. It also ranks as the 18th-largest in the world, operating in 17 countries with 770 branches. In 2021, Synergie increased its stake in DCS Easyware, a digital services company based in Lyon, France, to 100% from 66%. DCS operates in France, Belgium and Spain.

Mare Nostrum Group CEO Nicolas Cuynat discovered a passion for temporary work in 1994 during his work-study program within a temporary work agency, and in 1997 he joined Randstad as an agency director. He co-founded recruitment firm Neptune RH in 2002 and currently serves as a managing partner. In 2004, he cofounded academic publisher Mare Nostrum Group, which he leads as CEO and is now parent to Neptune RH. In 2019, the group began trading publicly. Mare Nostrum recently acquired Uni’TT and HR consulting firm L’Agence Unique. In 2021, Cuynat oversaw the firm grow its full year revenue by 26%.

In 2021, Roger’s teams recorded over 20% increase in contingent workforce spend under management from its growing customer base. With the acquisition of JoinedUp to source and manage shift-based workers and the launch of the Beeline extended workforce platform, Roger introduced the next generation of contingent workforce management technology to global markets.

He joined Adecco Group in 1998 as an international IT project manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Roger became an IT international procurement manager for Adecco Group. In 2014, he became Adecco Group Global procurement director and successfully developed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011. He then became senior VP international product management at Beeline to expand Beeline’s product and service offerings outside of North America.

Manuel Roger is the managing director for Beeline Europe, based in London. As a member of Beeline’s global executive committee, Roger has been leading Beeline’s sustainable exponential growth in Europe since 2011. He established a team of VMS experts who are delivering Beeline services to Beeline’s Fortune 500 client base in Europe. Roger developed his career in a global context, working as an IT systems engineer and project manager. He then moved into procurement and created The Adecco Group’s global procurement function as the first group chief procurement officer. He graduated as a systems engineer and holds an MBA from EM Lyon Business School.

As SVP, EMEA markets and operations, Manuel Roger is responsible for all sales and operations in the EMEA region at Beeline. He joined Adecco Group in 1998 as an international IT project manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing, and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Roger became an IT international procurement manager and consultant for Adecco Group. Later he created and directed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011, then became SVP international product management at Beeline to develop Beeline’s product and service offerings outside the US.
