In 2015, he served as regional head of Asia Pacific. Prior to Adecco, he held leadership roles at Michael Page. Before embarking on his career in recruitment, Duchatellier studied law at the Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université Panthéon-Assas.

Thibault Lefebvre is CEO of Grafton Recruitment Group, managing operations performance and organisation of the Grafton Recruitment staffing and SpenglerFox executive brands. He is a senior executive with many years’ experience in the general management of midsize to large organisations, in finance and in business operations. Lefebvre has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and maximising profit growth, along with expertise in private equity and executive and non-executive board functions. Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Lefebvre served for nine years as managing director at Page Group for Russia, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe. He previously held key financial roles at Richmond, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo.

As deputy general manager and CFO, Yvon Drouet oversees finance and investment at global staffing firm Synergie and plays a key role in the group’s expansion efforts. Paris-based Synergie ranks as the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. It also ranks as the 18th-largest in the world, operating in 17 countries with 770 branches. In 2021, Synergie increased its stake in DCS Easyware, a digital services company based in Lyon, France, to 100% from 66%. DCS operates in France, Belgium and Spain.

Mare Nostrum Group CEO Nicolas Cuynat discovered a passion for temporary work in 1994 during his work-study program within a temporary work agency, and in 1997 he joined Randstad as an agency director. He co-founded recruitment firm Neptune RH in 2002 and currently serves as a managing partner. In 2004, he cofounded academic publisher Mare Nostrum Group, which he leads as CEO and is now parent to Neptune RH. In 2019, the group began trading publicly. Mare Nostrum recently acquired Uni’TT and HR consulting firm L’Agence Unique. In 2021, Cuynat oversaw the firm grow its full year revenue by 26%.

Samuel Tual is chairman of Groupe Actual, the tenth largest staffing firm in France and one of the top privately held staffing firms in the market. Tual co-founded Gérard Tual in 2001 with his father from the merger of their respective staffing firms. In 2014, Samuel Tual was able to secure funding from private equity partners CM-CIC Capital Finance and OuestCroissance in order to pursue the group’s growth strategy in its home market. In 2013 Tual led the acquisition of French firms ObjectifIntérim and Réalis RH.

With €1.06 billion in 2019 revenue, the independent company ranks 39th on SIA’s 2020 list of largest global staffing firms. A member of Beeline’s global executive committee with over two decades of staffing industry experience, Roger’s global expertise has led to Beeline’s tremendous growth of market share and product offerings outside the US. In 2021, Roger’s teams recorded over 20% increase in contingent workforce spend under management from its growing customer base. With the acquisition of JoinedUp to source and manage shift-based workers and the launch of the Beeline extended workforce platform, Roger introduced the next generation of contingent workforce management technology to global markets.

In 2014, he became Adecco Group Global procurement director and successfully developed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011. He then became senior VP international product management at Beeline to expand Beeline’s product and service offerings outside of North America.

As a member of Beeline’s global executive committee, Roger has been leading Beeline’s sustainable exponential growth in Europe since 2011. Roger developed his career in a global context, working as an IT systems engineer and project manager. He then moved into procurement and created The Adecco Group’s global procurement function as the first group chief procurement officer. He graduated as a systems engineer and holds an MBA from EM Lyon Business School.
