Venture Partner, Randstad Innovation Fund

As venture partner, Ilonka Jankovich manages the Randstad Innovation Fund, which has made 17 investments in HR technology since its inception in 2014. Jankovich began her career as an M&A lawyer and in 1996 founded Legal FlexForce, a permanent recruitment and contracting firm based in the Netherlands. Monster/TMP bought the company in 2001. Jankovich then launched professional recruitment firm ProfiPower in 2004, selling the business to Randstad in 2010, at which time she was appointed general manager of Randstad Hungary. She left Randstad in 2012, returning in 2013 to launch the Innovation Fund. Jankovich also is a supervisory board member for several HR tech firms.

Károly Pataki became CEO of Trenkwalder International AG in December 2013 after serving as chief sales officer. Prior to Trenkwalder, Pataki was deputy general manager of Dunapack Ltd. and CFO and later CEO of Prinzhorn Holding. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Senate of Economy in Austria. Trenkwalder is the largest staffing provider in Austria and a market leader in Hungary and in the Black Sea region. The company has approximately 70,000 employees and recorded turnover of €1 billion in 2012. Trenkwalder has 300 branches in Central and Eastern Europe.
