Jan Bengtsson is president and CEO of Swedish staffing firm Pion Group (formerly known as Poolia). He was appointed to his current role following the 2018 merger of Poolia with Uniflex, which he led as CEO. Recently, the group acquired SaaS recruitment platform Workspace Recruit, which Pion offers to its clients so they have a GDPR-compliant system when they recruit without external help. Pion also recently launched a tech consultancy firm, Qrios. Bengtsson plans to grow the company as well as all the people involved including clients, contingent talent and internal employees. Bengtsson is also a board member of the Swedish staffing employer organisation Kompetensföretagen.

Jonas Prising took the helm of ManpowerGroup Inc. in May 2014. Prior to that, Prising oversaw all aspects of ManpowerGroup’s €9 billion business in North, Central and South America and Southern Europe. Prisingjoined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and previously served as managing director of Manpower Italy; director of Manpower Global Accounts— Europe, Middle Eastand Africa; and president, North America. Before joining the company, Prising worked for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. Prising also serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement Worldwide and speaks five languages: English, French, German, Swedish and Italian.

Jonas Prising was named ManpowerGroup CEO in May 2014. As the company’s fourth CEO, he leads all aspects of ManpowerGroup’s $20 billion business in 80 countries and territories worldwide. Prising was ManpowerGroup president from 2012 to 2014, leading the company’s operations in the Americas and Southern Europe, and overseeing the global Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions businesses. Prising joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and held several management roles. Before joining the company, Prising held various international positions for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. Prising is also a board member for Junior Achievement Worldwide and speaks five languages.

A recognised expert on the labour market and world-of-work trends, Prising is actively engaged in the World Economic Forum, including as a steward of the Future of Education, Gender and Work Global System; co-chair of the Regional Business Council on Europe; and CEO champion of the Digital Transformation Initiative. Passionate about preparing the future workforce, he is the vice chairman of Junior Achievement Worldwide, former chairman of the board, and a current board member of Junior Achievement USA.
