Sergio Picarelli is The Adecco Group’s regional head of North America, UK and Ireland Professional Staffing and is responsible for global oversight of Lee Hecht Harrison, General Assembly, Badenoch+Clark, Spring Professional and Pontoon. He has been a member of its executive committee since 2009. Picarelli first joined Adecco in 1993, holding several leadership positions before becoming country manager of Adecco Italy and Switzerland from 2005 to 2009 (Switzerland until the end of 2008). He was the group’s chief sales officer from 2009 to September 2015, when he became regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe and Middle East and North Africa.

He became chair of the Global Apprenticeship Network in 2016. He has been a member of the ILO Global Commission on the Future of Work since 2017. Dehaze is also a steward of the World Economic Forum system initiative on education, gender and work and is co-chair of the Governors for the World Economic Forum’s Professional Services Industry Community. Furthermore, Dehaze was VP of the board of the World Employment Confederation Europe and a WEC board member from 2010 to 2015.

Sylvestre Blavet assumed the role of chairman and CEO of French online staffing group Freelance.com in 2019. He is also chairman of Paris-based CBV Ingénierie Group, the largest shareholder of Freelance.com. Blavet oversaw a 26% increase in Freelancer.com’s 2019 revenue to €237.1 million. In June 2020, the CBV Ingénierie Group acquired INOP’S, a Paris-based IT services firm. Blavet’s career with Groupe CBV Ingénierie involved turning around the company’s fortunes by ceasing its telecommunications activities and developing its technical assistance services. In 2009 and 2010, he developed its umbrella company services by acquiring SAGE and Ad’missions. He had taken over as chief executive of Groupe CBV Ingénierie in 2006.

Founded by Johnson’s father to serve the North Sea oil and gas industry in 1970, Fircroft serves more than 100 companies across a wide range of specialist technical sectors and ranked fourth on SIA’s 2019 list of the world’s largest engineering staffing firms. The newly combined NES Fircroft would rank as the 26th largest staffing firm globally, according to Staffing Industry Analysts.

Rodger wears many hats, including overseeing the commercialisation of AMS’ products and services, new logo development, significant business development of existing customers and managing all corporate mergers and acquisitions. In 2019, he led AMS to the successful acquisition of Karen AI, its first foray into proprietary direct-to-market technology now called Hourly.

He is a chartered engineer with a degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Salford. He also holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in California, US. Cox began his career at British Aerospace and eventually moved into staffing, having been appointed chief executive at Xansa plc, the IT outsourcing organisation, before joining Hays. He has also served as a non-executive director at 3i Plc and at Just Eat, and is currently chairman of the British and Irish Modern Music Institute.
