For the last 16 years, Olympia CEO Dimitri Yocarini has adopted the company’s mission: working on what matters. Beginning his career with Olympia in 2001, Yocarini’s professional development has remained steadfast to the employment solution space. In 2023, he worked with DE&I leaders in the organisation to sign a Diversity Charter through the Social and Economic Council of Diversity in Business, focused on strengthening LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace. Additionally, Yocarini led Olympia to reach Step 3 on the Social Entrepreneurship Performance Ladder (PSO) which makes the business one of the 10% best-performing companies in the Netherlands.
