Matt Weston joined Robert Half out of university in 1999 as a recruiter; today, he is senior managing director, UK&I, BeNeLux and UAE. Recently, Weston in partnership with the Centre for Economics and Business Research launched the Robert Half Jobs Confidence Index, a report on the key socioeconomic factors influencing confidence in the UK labour market. Weston is also a driver of Robert Half’s DE&I strategy, which aims to create an environment in which all employees can grow.
