Jérôme Rieux joined Groupe Adéquat as sales director in 2005 and was appointed CEO in 2016. Last year was the start of Adéquat’s powerful overseas development with the acquisition and integration of three staffing companies in 13 months — Totem in Canada, Sigmar in Ireland, and Connect in the Netherlands — of which Rieux is also chairman. The independent company in 2018 reached €1 billion in turnover and ranked No. 38 on SIA’s list of largest global staffing firms. Groupe Adéquat operates 270 offices in five countries and has posted the fastest growth rate on the French staffing market for the past three years.
