Viktor Calabrò is the founder and executive chairman of Coople, an on-demand platform for flexible work that has more than 350,000 registered workers in Switzerland and the UK. In 2019, Calabrò and his team opened a new Coople headquarters in Zurich. This year, he expanded business into the agricultural sector in Switzerland to help curb staff shortages because of travel restrictions due to Covid-19. He advocated for the interests of the Swiss startup community with the Swiss government and believes in making flexible work the go-to-market strategy for HR in all industries. Calabrò has also launched the second edition of his book Flexible Workforce, which explores the challenges of the modern workplace.
