As the senior managing director, Central Europe and France, at Robert Half, Sven Hennige is building up the managed solutions business, a growing part of the company. He plans to create a unique business model with the advantage of being able to work closely with Protiviti — a global consulting subsidiary of Robert Half — and provide the right temporary, freelance and permanent staff for their projects. He is also a board member of startup companies involved with AI and technology platforms. Hennige is engaged in charity activities that the company organises internally, and he is also active in supporting NGOs.
