Following leadership roles with Guidant Global, AMS and Rullion, Melanie Forbes launched Apsco OutSource in January 2021 and serves as the organisation’s managing director. Under her leadership, Apsco OutSource members have worked with Apsco UK recruitment members to create guiding principles which outline best practice expectations across the entire talent supply programme and specify ways to continuously improve innovation and collaboration between outsource providers and staffing companies. Forbes aims to continue Apsco OutSource’s growth across central Europe. She is an active member of the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative.
