As CEO of AMS since 2019, David Leigh is bringing talent technology to the forefront of strategy at the global talent solutions firm. Over the past 12 months, Leigh and his AMS colleagues have led several humanitarian efforts during the Ukraine crisis, including collecting medical supplies, repurposing office space for temporary accommodation and establishing job clinics to assist displaced people seeking paid work. Prior to AMS, Leigh was CEO and executive chair at international education company Study Group and CEO at talent assessment provider SHL. Leigh is also a non-executive director of research provider Third Bridge and a trustee of Action for ME.
