He was appointed as CEO of Trenkwalder in December 2022. In this role, he drove digital transformation and the expansion of the customer experience business. Pollok aims to develop Trenkwalder into one of the leading service providers in the field of HR service and customer experience using digitisation and AI technology.

With revenue of more than €550 million, Partnaire Group has 4,961 permanent staff at 180 offices placing 68,500 temporary workers with more than 5,400 clients throughout France. Gobinet has been awarded the Chevalier Ordre National du Mérite (National Order of Merit). Gobinet also serves as vice president treasurer of French staffing association Prism’emploi and president of Loiret Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Furthermore, she is vice-chair of the OECD BIAC Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Committee, co-chair of the B20 Future of Work, Skills and Mobility Task Force, a member of the B20 International Advocacy Caucus and a steering group member of the World Economic Forum’s Centre for New Economy and Society and Global Apprenticeship Network. Schaller is also a founding member of The Boardroom, which aims to drive board diversity.

Nicholas Kirk joined PageGroup as a consultant in the UK Leeds office in 1995, when the company operated in just six countries and had only 622 employees. In January 2023, Kirk became PageGroup’s chief executive officer. Today, PageGroup has 8,800 employees operating in 37 countries. It was ranked by SIA as the 15th-largest staffing firm in Europe in 2022 and reported revenue of £1.99 billion in that year. He had been executive board director and regional managing director, UK&I and North America for a year prior to his appointment as CEO. Kirk believes that social mobility can play a significant part in meeting talent shortages.

CEO since January 2022, Lorna Conn has driven Irish talent solutions company Cpl through its next phase of expansion. Under her leadership, Cpl acquired the German IT contracting company Neusta. Most recently, Conn and her team attained the Gold Investors in Diversity EDI mark, making Cpl the first talent solutions provider and one of only nine organisations in Ireland to achieve this accreditation. Conn plans to further internationalise Cpl with a strong focus on the US, UK and Germany. Conn is also senior managing executive officer of Cpl’s parent company, Outsourcing Inc., and a nonexecutive board director of Bord na Móna.
