Étienne Colella entered the staffing industry in 2004 when he founded Pixid, of which he is the founding director and chairman. Prior to that, he held management positions at Bull Information Sciences and IBM. Pixid generated €36.4 million in turnover in the last year. This year, the organisation opened an office in the US and established a team dedicated to that region. Pixid plans to continue to invest in staffing technologies (more than 10% of its turnover is reinvested in research and development), promote a total talent acquisition model and expand worldwide.
