Francesco Baroni is the country manager in Italy for Gi Group Holding, a staffing firm that has grown to cover 30 countries across three continents. He recently shifted his role from global innovation and technology to ensure the company’s brands work together to create a sustainable and flexible global labour market that includes professional staffing, training, consulting, outsourcing and career transition. Baroni uses his combination of vision, technical and leadership skills to inspire culture and ignite transformation, taking particular enjoyment in supporting career growth for younger generations. In February 2023, Baroni was appointed president of Assolavoro; he also sits on numerous boards.
