Melanie Vinci joined persona service as a personnel dispatcher in 2000, and today, she is managing director of persona service AG & Co. KG as well as president of the board of directors of the persona service AG, Basel. Together with her management team, she oversees the operational business in Germany, Switzerland and Barcelona. The focus of her work is the development and implementation of the digitisation and innovation strategy as well as organisational development. Vinci wants to position the company as a thought leader in the context of people and work.
