He aims to further accelerate ManpowerGroup’s diversification, digitisation and innovation plans. Fluent in five languages, Barberis skillfully connects with diverse audiences. He is also passionate about empowering the future workforce through talent and skills development, proudly serving as a Junior Achievement Europe board member.
