Samuel Tual is president of Groupe Actual, a privately held staffing firm in the French market. In 2001, Tual co-founded the firm with his father, Gérard Tual, from the merger of their respective staffing firms. In 2014, Samuel Tual was able to secure investments from private equity partners CM-CIC Capital Finance and Ouest Croissance in order to pursue the group’s growth strategy in its home market. In 2016, Actual successfully integrated a number of recent acquisitions and grew its revenue by 50%.

As president of Pontoon, Mike Wachholz led a team of more than 1,600 employees in more than 40 countries, supporting clients in at least 110 countries. Pontoon, the global HR outsourcing brand for Adecco Group, drives the acquisition of permanent talent and manages contingent and project workforce on behalf of an organization. Wachholz began his career as a securities attorney. He then moved into investment banking, advising growth stage companies in developing business plans, executing growth strategies, and raising capital. Prior to joining Pontoon, Wachholz helped launch and raise initial capital for a mobile workforce software and services company. He served as president and CEO until the sale of the company in 2006. Wachholz was also COO of Beeline until he joined Pontoon in 2012. Wachholz holds a juris doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law.

In April 2017, Federico Vione was appointed regional head of North America, UK and Ireland, Adecco and Pontoon. He had been chief sales and innovation officer from October 2015; and regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe and India from September 2011 to September 2015. Vione originally joined Adecco in 1999 as a branch manager and held several leadership roles until his appointment as country manager of Adecco Italy in 2009. Vione was VP of Assolavoro, the Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies, between 2010 and 2012 and has been a member of the executive committee of Adecco since October 2009.

Stefano Colli-Lanzi is founder and CEO of Gi Group. Established in 1998 in Italy, Gi Group is one of the world’s leading HR companies, providing a range of services for the development of the labour market. Gi Group now operates in more than 40 countries worldwide, either directly or through strategic partnerships. Colli-Lanzi is the vice chairman of Assolavoro (Italian National Association for Employment Agencies) and is a professor of business economics at the Milan Catholic University.

He has held senior management positions with a series of software companies and has successfully turned them into profitable and major players. In addition to HgCapital, he has been a senior advisor for SilverLake Sumeru and a senior partner for CDP Technology Ventures, a Canadian private equity fund that is part of Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec operating in the North American and European markets.

He joined in 1997 as a consultant and was promoted to operations director for the international oil and gas sector in 2001. As CEO, Johnson has made sure that the company’s service offering has developed to meet the needs of its growing client base.

Roland Gomez heads Proman, the French staffing group founded by his parents in 1990. Roland GOMEZ has worked with the business from the beginning and was appointed CEO in 2003. Since 2013, Proman has expanded its international presence through organic growth and acquisitions in different countries: UK (Heads and PROMAN Recruitment), Switzerland (3HPRO, AàZ Emplois), Belgium, Luxembourg and more recently in Canada. Since the launch, the group’s turnover has increased by an average annual rate of 25%.

Jacques van den Broek joined Randstad as a branch manager in 1988. Appointments followed as regional director in the Netherlands and, subsequently, as marketing director Randstad Europe. In 2002, he moved to Capac Inhouse Services as managing director, also taking on responsibility for Randstad in Denmark and Switzerland. He was appointed to the executive board in 2004 and as CEO and chairman in 2014. Van den Broek is responsible for Germany, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore & Malaysia as well as group business concept development, HR, marketing and communications, and public affairs.

Lord Michael Ashcroft is an international businessman, author, philanthropist and pollster. Ashcroft was appointed non executive chairman of Impellam Group plc in December 2014. Ashcroft resigned from the House of Lords in March 2015, stating that his other activities did not permit him “to devote the time that membership of the Lords properly required”. He is the founder and chairman of Crimestoppers, vice patron of the Intelligence Corps Museum, a trustee of Imperial War Museums, a trustee of the Cleveland Clinic in the US, ambassador to SkillForce, a trustee and president of the West India Committee, chairman of the Trustees of Ashcroft Technology Academy, and chancellor of Anglia Ruskin University in the UK.

President and CEO

George Corona was named president and CEO of Kelly Services in May 2017. Headquartered in Michigan, Kelly Services is one of the largest global workforce solutions providers, with revenue of $5.28 billion in 2016. Corona joined the company in 1994 and has held numerous leadership roles throughout the last two decades. He served as US middle-market leader (where he helped launch Kelly Educational Staffing) before being named executive VP of the Americas. He was promoted to executive VP and COO in 2009 and assumed responsibility for all of Kelly’s global operations. Corona also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Advisory Council on Agriculture, Small Business and Labor.
