Maciej Witucki became management board president of Work Service SA in January 2016, having been a member of the supervisory board since 2013. He has extensive professional experience in management of international companies having served as president of Polish telecommunications provider Orange Polska between 2006 and 2013. From 2002 to 2006, Witucki was a member of the management board, and later president of Lukas Bank. A graduate of Poznan University of Technology and postgraduate studies in the field of logistics and industrial engineering in Ecole Centrale Paris in France, Maciej also completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, France.

Rob Zandbergen

Rob Zandbergen was appointed CEO of USG People in 2010, having served as the company’s CFO since 2005. Zandbergen was CFO of Belgian staffing group Solvus between 2003 and 2005, when the company was acquired by USG People. In addition to his work at USG People, Zandbergen is a member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Flower Group and was appointed to the supervisory board of Dutch energy company Eneco Holding in March 2015.

Uboldi has extensive experience in, and knowledge of, global staffing and labour markets.

Enrique Sanchez serves as Adecco’s regional head of Iberia & Latin America, a position he has held since October 2009. Sanchez joined Adecco Spain in 1993 as branch manager. In 1995, he became regional manager of the Central Region. Two years later, he was appointed operations manager, and in 2001 president and general manager of Adecco Spain and Portugal. From 2003 to 2005, Enrique Sanchez was general manager for Spain and Portugal, and was also responsible for the development of the company in Latin America and Eastern Europe. In 2005, he returned to Spain, becoming responsible for Adecco Group Iberia.

Jean-François Denoy is managing director of Manpower France. He has held various positions during his career with ManpowerGroup, including roles with operational management responsibilities and in HR. As HR director, he led training, career management and HR development from 2006 to 2010. Denoy was appointed HR and services managing director of Manpower France in 2011 and managing director in 2012. Denoy holds master’s degrees in administrative and strategic management and human resources.

CEO of the Impellam Group, Julia Robertson, began her recruitment career in 1979. She founded her own recruitment business, The Agency, in 1986. In 1996, Robertson assumed leadership of Tate, which she sold, alongside The Agency, to Carlisle Staffing Services in 2000. Robertson then held several leadership roles for brands within the Carlisle group, including SRG, Tate and Carlisle Managed Solutions. Following the merger of Carlisle Staffing Services and the Corporate Services Group in 2008, Robertson became divisional CEO of Impellam UK and was appointed group CEO of Impellam Group in 2013. Robertson was chief executive of the Institute of Employment Consultants, which later merged with the Federation of Recruitment and Employment Services to form REC, from 1993 to 1996.

As president of Pontoon, Mike Wachholz led a team of more than 1,600 employees in more than 40 countries, supporting clients in at least 110 countries. Pontoon, the global HR outsourcing brand for Adecco Group, drives the acquisition of permanent talent and manages contingent and project workforce on behalf of an organization. Wachholz began his career as a securities attorney. He then moved into investment banking, advising growth stage companies in developing business plans, executing growth strategies, and raising capital. Prior to joining Pontoon, Wachholz helped launch and raise initial capital for a mobile workforce software and services company. He served as president and CEO until the sale of the company in 2006. Wachholz was also COO of Beeline until he joined Pontoon in 2012. Wachholz holds a juris doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law.

Alistair Cox

Alistair Cox is chief executive of global recruitment agency Hays plc, and has held that position since 2007. He began his career at British Aerospace, subsequently moving to Schlumberger in 1982. After earning his MBA in 1991, he was a manager at McKinsey & Company before joining Blue Circle Industries plc (now known as Lafarge), initially as group strategy director and then as regional director for Asia. Returning to the UK in 2002, Cox was appointed CEO of Xansa plc, the IT outsourcing organisation, before joining Hays in 2007. He was a board member of 3i Group plc from 2009 to 2015 and currently serves on the board of Just Eat.

Jean-Marc Brun is founder and chairman of the supervisory board of the French staffing group Adéquat, which he founded in 1987. Under his leadership, the business grew to become one of the top 10 staffing firms in France. The group continues to outperform the market, with revenue increasing at an average annual rate of 17% in the past 10 years. The group estimates it will reach a turnover of €1 billion for the first time in 2018. Brun is in the process of handing over the reins to a new management team that includes his son, Arnaud Brun, who serves as deputy general manager.

Jurriën Koops was appointed director of the Dutch Federation of Employment Agencies, ABU, in 2014, having joined the organisation in 2002. In addition to his work with ABU, Koops is also chairman of the Foundation for Training and Development in the Flexible Staffing Industry. Prior to joining ABU, Koops worked as a policy advisor for trade union CNV, which represents the interests of workers in construction, the industrial sector, transportation, food and services. He was also a senior consultant for business development for Dutch staffing firm Start People, a USG People company.
