Rika Coppens led Belgian HR services firm House of HR through a successful refinancing this year. She became CEO in 2017 after having served as supervisory board member since May 2016. The group reported revenue of €1.7 billion in 2018. Coppens also is CEO of House of HR subsidiary Accent Jobs. Coppens started her career in 1996 as a CPA at PwC. She became CFO of Bureau van Dijk Computer Services NV in 2002 and Zenitel NV in 2005. She was also CEO of EFR Group BV, where she had started as a CFO in 2010, until she left in 2017.

Alain Dehaze was appointed CEO of The Adecco Group in 2015. He joined the group in 2009 as regional head of Northern Europe. Initially trained as a commercial engineer, Dehaze held senior positions in various European countries at Henkel and ISS from 1987 until 2000. From 2000 to 2009, Dehaze held leadership roles at Creyf’s Interim in Belgium, Humares, USG People and Solvus. He became chair of the Global Apprenticeship Network in 2016. Dehaze was VP of the board of the World Employment Confederation Europe and member of the board of the WEC between 2010 and 2015. Since 2017, he has been a member of the ILO Global Commission on the Future of Work.

She has held various senior management positions within the group, including that of general manager of USG People Belgium’s shared service centre transactions and support. She previously acted as corporate controller at Solvus N.V. until the firm was acquired by USG People.

Alexis de Bretteville has served as deputy CEO of Morgan Philips Group since his former company Hudson joined the group in 2018. De Bretteville is instrumental in growing the company’s international presence and digital innovation offerings for its customers in talent management, executive search and middle management recruitment. In 2021, the group launched an application that enables candidates to answer client questions through video and accelerate the hiring process. De Bretteville also supports the group’s partnership with Life Project 4 Youth, an international charity that encourages youth inclusion.

Rika Coppens has been CEO of House of HR since 2017. She joined the board of directors of House of HR in May 2016 and until the beginning of 2017 was active as CEO of EFR Group, a retailer that operates fuel stations and convenience stores in France and the Benelux countries. With turnover of €1.8 billion, House of HR is one of the largest European staffing and recruitment companies. It originated from Accent Jobs and is the holding company for nine operational companies representing 38 brands, all active in specialised staffing, engineering and consulting. The company has a very strong emphasis on digital innovation and entrepreneurship, two things in which Coppens plays a pioneering role.

Leen Geirnaerdt is CFO of Netherlands based Recruit Global Staffing, previously known as USG People until it changed its name on 1 January 2018. Recruit Global Staffing is responsible for managing all of Recruit Group’s staffing activities. Prior to becoming group CFO in 2010, Geirnaerdt held various senior management positions within the group, including that of general manager of USG People Belgium’s shared service centre transactions and support. Geirnaerdt studied economics at the University of Antwerp and then served as audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers before serving as corporate controller at Solvus NV until the firm was acquired by USG People.

Patrick De Maeseneire rejoined the Adecco Group as CEO in 2009. He had held leading positions within the Adecco Group between 1998 and 2002, starting as country manager for the Benelux region before leading the Adecco Group’s worldwide professional staffing business from New York. De Maeseneire served as CEO of Barry Callebaut from 2002 to 2009 and in 2007, he was granted the title of Baron by King Albert II of Belgium. From 1980 to 1997, De Maeseneire held executive positions at Sun International and Apple Computer, as well as senior positions at Wang in Belgium and Arthur Andersen Consulting.

Alain Dehaze became CEO of Adecco in September 2015. He joined the Adecco Group in 2009 as regional head of Northern Europe and was appointed regional head of France in 2011. Before joining Adecco, he held various leadership roles, such as CEO of the Humares and CEO of Solvus, becoming COO of USG People upon USG’s acquisition of Solvus in 2005. Dehaze became chair of the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN) in January of 2016. He was VP of Eurociett and board member of Ciett from December 2010 to December 2015.

Philip Gracco is the co-founder and CEO of Accent Jobs, a Belgian staffing group. He negotiated the entry of the private equity firm Gimv into the group’s capital in 2006 (which exited in 2012), an investment that boosted Accent’s growth and profitability.

While growing House of Talents, Rousseau aims to keep its 2,500 employees feeling proud and valued. He is also the co-owner of Get Driven, a chauffeur service.
