Samuel Tual is chairman of Groupe Actual, the tenth largest staffing firm in France and one of the top privately held staffing firms in the market. Tual co-founded Gérard Tual in 2001 with his father from the merger of their respective staffing firms. In 2014, Samuel Tual was able to secure funding from private equity partners CM-CIC Capital Finance and OuestCroissance in order to pursue the group’s growth strategy in its home market. In 2013 Tual led the acquisition of French firms ObjectifIntérim and Réalis RH.

He is a senior executive with many years’ experience in the general management of midsize to large organisations, in finance and in business operations. Lefebvre has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and maximising profit growth, along with expertise in private equity and executive and non-executive board functions. Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Lefebvre served for nine years as managing director at Page Group for Russia, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe. He previously held key financial roles at Richmond, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo.

Thierry Geffroy took the reins of France-based Samsic RH in January 2019 as chairman and CEO. During his tenure at Samsic RH, he oversaw the growth of Samsic into a major player in employment within France and has set his sights to expand further. In April 2019, Samsic acquired a majority stake in recruitment services firm Sellick Partnership. That same year, Samsic made two acquisitions in Ireland and Morocco, its first expansion into the African continent. Geffroy first joined the group in 1992 and in 2010 he became president of Samsic RH, the group’s human resources company.

Christophe Catoir is the regional head of France. He joined Groupe Adecco France in 1995, after his studies at the IESEG School of Management. Over the past 20 years, Catoir’s career has progressed through various positions of responsibility in finance, permanent recruitment and the general staffing operations. Before taking up his new role, Catoir led Adecco’s Professional Staffing businesses in France with a network of 3,200 employees and has been a member of the Groupe Adecco France management team since 2007.

Étienne Colella is CEO of Pixid Group, a European SaaS platform dedicated to helping recruiting and staffing agencies around Europe digitalise their relationships with their customers to create loyalty and efficiency. Founded by Adecco, Randstad and ManpowerGroup in 2004 with Collela as founding director, Pixid offers both a vendor management system and an applicant tracking system, primarily used to source candidates. Colella led a management buyout of Pixid in 2015. In 2020, Pixid launched Pixid VMS, the first VMS platform dedicated to master vendor programmes for small and midsize businesses, guaranteeing a simple and effective rollout.

In 2012, he was appointed regional head for The Adecco Group operations in Japan and Asia and became an executive committee member for The Adecco Group. In 2015, he served as regional head of Asia Pacific. Prior to Adecco, he held leadership roles at Michael Page. Before embarking on his career in recruitment, Duchatellier studied law at the Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université Panthéon-Assas.

As managing director for Beeline Europe since 2012, Manuel Roger is responsible for all European operations at the VMS supplier; he is also a member of Beeline’s global executive committee. Roger oversees P&L at Beeline Europe and defines its strategy, investments, team structure, value proposition and more. He helped create and launch the Beeline Direct Sourcing offering in Europe — changing the way its customers source and manage contingent workforces and transforming VMS from vendor management to contingent talent management. More recently, Beeline Europe has invested significantly in customer service and developed key strategic relationships with its ecosystem partners.

As deputy general manager and CFO of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France, Yvon Drouet oversees group finance and investments and plays a key role in Synergie’s international expansion. He is also a member of Synergie’s executive board. Synergie has developed its IT support services after acquiring DCS Easyware in 2018 in France and Tigloo in 2019 in Spain. Earlier this year, Synergie announced the expansion of its digital services initiative and increased its capital stake in French digital services company DCS Easyware from 66% to 100%.

The independent company ranks No. 37 on SIA’s 2019 list of largest global staffing firms with €967 million in 2018 revenue.
