Alain Roumilhac joined ManpowerGroup in May 2011 as managing director, Experis & ManpowerGroup Solutions for Southern Europe and was appointed regional president of ManpowerGroup France in 2012. His experience was key in accelerating the execution of its differentiation and diversification strategy in the region. Passionate about skills development, labour market policy and developing tomorrow’s talent, Roumilhac is a member of MEDEF (the French business movement), on the board of Prism’emploi (the French business federation of staffing firms) and is actively engaged in Tech for Good, a multi-sector initiative to build a diverse and educated tech workforce.
