Executive board member Chris Heutink is most proud of Randstad’s significant progress toward its goal to impact 500 million work lives by 2030. He is responsible for Randstad in the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Japan, the Greater China region, India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. Heutink started his career at Randstad in 1991 as a consultant in the Netherlands; he became managing director of Randstad Netherlands in 2009 and was appointed to the executive board in 2014. Randstad last year reached a record-high free cash flow which strengthened its balance sheet and reduced its debt position.
