In 2020, Ilonka Jankovich co-founded Taptrove Ventures, which invests in WorkTech startups, providing solutions to boost productivity, enable a distributed workforce and improve professional journeys. She is also managing partner of the Randstad Innovation Fund, which she co-founded in 2014. the fund has made 20 investments in HR technology firms and deployed close to €50 million. In the past year, the Fund made early stage investments in ZapInfo and This is Alice in the US and ValidatedID in Spain. The Fund sees an opportunity to create European leaders that span several countries and has an initiative that will look primarily at Europe and the world of work in a more holistic way.
