Sergey Salikov joined recruitment company Ancor as a professional consultant in 1994, and in 2008 he became CEO. In 2019, Ancor experienced 27% year-over-year organic growth under Salikov’s leadership, retaining the top position in Russia and all CIS countries. Additionally, Ancor purchased businesses in Thailand, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, with no plans to slow down any time soon. In addition to continued territorial expansion, Salikov’s plans for 2020 include digital transformation and exploring new product niches.
