Driven by the purpose of improving lives through work, James Reed serves as chairman of Reed Global, one of the largest family-owned recruitment companies, with over 3,000 employees working in 140 locations. In 2020, Reed co-launched the Keep Britain Working campaign to preserve jobs and donated £100,000 to the National Emergencies Trust Covid Appeal, matched by a £100,000 donation from the Reed Foundation made via The Big Give. Reed is also a published author and has written The 7 Second CV, Why You? and 101 Interview Questions You’ll Never Fear Again; he also co-authored Put Your Mindset to Work.
