A partner with international law firm Osborne Clarke LLP, Kevin Barrow has been advising staffing companies on legal matters since 1990. Most recently, Barrow led a team that advised 240 companies on the April 2021 changes to the IR35 off-payroll working rules and helped workforce solutions companies during the Covid-19 pandemic by providing advice on how government funding would be at their disposal.
