Martin Roll is CEO and president of the board of directors for Persona Service, a personnel service provider with more than 200 branches in Germany. Prior to this, he was managing director and chairman of the management board of AHS Group, an airline-independent ground handling group. He is now managing director at Hannover Airport in Germany. Roll is also chairman of the board of directors of the Gartenkirche (Garden Church) Foundation. Roll, who has a PhD in business management, is also an honorary professor and guest lecturer for air traffic management at Bad Honnef International University.
