For 15 years, Steve Ingham has served as CEO of PageGroup, a £1.28 billion global business with operations in 37 countries. Ingham has been instrumental in creating Page’s vision, values and purpose during his 34 years with the company. In 2019, Ingham became a wheelchair user after a near-fatal skiing accident. Ingham has always pushed a DE&I agenda at PageGroup and is now particularly focused on raising the profile of disability in the workplace. PageGroup was awarded the Clear Assured Gold Standard as evidence of wholly integrating DE&I into everything they do.
