President Alexandre Pham founded digital staffing provider Mistertemp’ group in France in 2009 and has since expanded into Italy. Mistertemp’ has more than 55,000 job seekers on its platform. Under Pham’s leadership, Mistertemp’ became one the first staffing firms in France to integrate AI and ChatGPT into the job offer process. After developing Mistertemp’ in Italy, Pham hopes to expand further. Mistertemp’ joined the French association PAQTE (Pact with Neighborhoods for All Businesses), which works to improve economic and social inclusion for disadvantaged areas, and developed a partnership with Proxite, an association promoting employment in underprivileged urban areas.
